Experience the natural wonders of Kopaonik with our guided hiking tour along the Samokovska River. This trail offers a moderate challenge with a total elevation change of 660 meters downhill, making it perfect for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts.
The trail begins near Kadijevac and winds through dense coniferous forests, passing several streams that flow into the Samokovska River. Along the way, you’ll encounter two of Kopaonik’s most famous picnic spots – Kadijevac and Đorov most.
Our route includes breathtaking landscapes, with the highest point at 1430 meters and the lowest at 800 meters. During the hike, you’ll also have the chance to see Mijatovića jaz, a remarkable construction from 1928.
The entire hike, which covers just over 7 km, takes approximately 2 hours. It’s an ideal way to explore the stunning scenery of Kopaonik and immerse yourself in nature.
Guests of Kežman Mountain Houses can easily join this hiking tour. Simply inform your host, who will take you to the starting point and pick you up at the end of the trail. Alternatively, you can drive your own car to the trailhead.
